On a beautiful lakeside location in Pirkkala, just 12 km from the centre of Tampere and only 7 km from the airport, is the Kiviranta Meetings & Events Centre. At Kiviranta, facilities and guest rooms are in 2 separate buildings; the romantic and old-style Villa Kaarina and the modern, functional Ritvala. The double rooms located in the Ritvala building have private toilets but shower facilities are shared. Groups can enjoy Kiviranta's hearty buffet breakfast in the Ritvala dining room with lake views. Single guests can either use the well-equipped common kitchenette, where complimentary coffee and tea is available, or order their breakfast in advance. The Kiviranta Centre boasts 2 saunas for group use: a traditional lakeside summer sauna and a newly refurbished sauna in the main building. The drawing room in idyllic Villa Kaarina has room for up to 30 people, providing a relaxed atmosphere for meetings and functions. The Ritvala building provides meeting facilities for 50 people. During summer, guests can enjoy their coffee on the glass terrace, which offers wonderful lake views.

Important information

The reception is open on weekdays between 08:00 and 16:00.

Guests arriving outside these times or on weekends, should contact the hotel in advance, using the contact information provided in the booking confirmation. They will then receive an access code to enter the hotel.

A large fee will be charged if guests do not notify the hotel of their late arrival in advance.

Please note that breakfast services at Kiviranta are usually offered for groups only. Single guests wishing to have breakfast need to order it in advance.

Please also note that the hotel does not accept American Express cards as a payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 4 to 12 years are charged EUR 17.50 per night per person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 25 per night per person for extra beds.
