Please note that the reception is open from Monday to Friday at 08.00-20.00, but it is possible to check-in around the clock. For arrival outside reception opening hours, please contact the reception in advance.

Please note that StayAt Helsinki Parliament does not accept bookings for more than 5 rooms.

If the booking is received 3 days prior to arrival then the credit card will be charged upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 3 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Groups: When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 9 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: No parking available.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
